TradeLynk does not perform the trade work directly. Customers are responsible for choosing and engaging a tradie.

Tradies are responsible for their own licences, insurance, quotes, work quality, and customer communication.

Lead payments, credits, and disputes are managed under TradeLynk lead quality rules.
